I currently lead a team of 10 Talent Acquisition professionals within our RPO division at a global, multi-billion dollar, pharmaceutical company. As the site lead, I run the daily operations of the TA strategy and function.

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Life Sciences)

- Manage the recruiting for areas I lead (several corporate center businesses) and an array of TA projects.
-  Prior experience also includes full life-cycle recruiting from posting the position through Oracle Taleo ATS, partnering with hiring managers and senior business leaders on sourcing and diversity strategies and challenges, collaborating with HRBP on compensation and diversity, screen candidates, negotiating/extending offers, move candidates to hire and disposition candidates in accordance to OFCCP/company guidelines.
-  Collaborate and influence executive leadership on recruiting needs and talent direction from a relationship management landscape for newly created business units, reorganizations, hiring initiatives, and diversity & inclusion metrics/targets. Hold staff meetings with group heads and their direct reports.
-  Monitor and advise recruiters on metrics such as number of hires, quality of hire, early turnover, candidate experience, offer acceptance, bench strength, cost, agency spend, pipeline development, etc.
-  Develop presentations utilizing Talent Neuron (Market/Data Analytics Tool by CEB/Gartner) and provide market insights and industry trends to business leaders in departments I lead.
-  Partner with Talent Operations, and Learning & Development on stretch assignments as a project manager (Talent acquisition systems core team, SOP development and updates, SLAs, reporting and metrics improvements, etc.)
-  Teach an innovative and insightful “Hiring for Success” training to hiring managers/executives which includes: behavioral interviewing techniques, customer experience toolkit, compliance items and candidate assessment tools.
-  Manage external agency/vendor contracts for entire talent acquisition team (negotiating fee agreements, services, etc.)
-  Partner with Talent Acquisition management to design and implement business resourcing strategy and vision in order to drive successful hiring practices and outcomes for client groups I lead.

-  Acquired a working knowledge of client applicant tracking systems, which include: Oracle Taleo, Kenexa Brass Ring, Candex, iCIMS, ADP VirtualEdge, as well as other tracking/portal systems.
-  Utilized recruiting search tools such as CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, SmartRecruiters, internal databases, and other social networking mediums.
-  Extended offers, negotiated with candidates, and facilitated benefits packages.
-  Qualified candidates through initial phone, Skype, face to face interviews, and conducted various forms of candidate assessments during in-house interviews.
-  Developed candidate slates to present to Hiring Managers and work as a liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and Human Resource Partners throughout the full cycle recruiting process (including reference checks and conducting background/drug/credit checks).
-  Provided support to new hires on benefit information as well as payroll procedures for 1099 employees.
-  Attended various networking events and campus fairs identifying top talent and building talent pools.
-  Built and developed strong client relationships and creative, efficient, and cost effective hiring strategies.
