Joy Foster, a former member of the US archery team and a Women's Henley winner in 2001, has dedicated her career to empowering women through education and technology. After launching two successful social enterprises, Joy founded TechPixies - a program that offers women comprehensive training in social media, WordPress, and MailChimp, as well as life coaching. TechPixies has positively impacted hundreds of women, with 98% of alumni reporting significant changes in their lives. A graduate of Skidmore College and the London School of Economics and Political Science, Joy is also a certified neurocoach and a sought-after speaker and panelist. She lives with her family and cat in Oxford and is an accomplished runner and cyclist, having completed the Prudential Ride London 100-mile ride, Ironman Wales, and the London Marathon for charity.
