Cezar Cisu is a seasoned professional engineer with a wealth of experience in quality, operations, and supply chain. He has an entrepreneurial background and an analytical mindset with strengths in decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving. With expertise in materials such as Co & Ni superalloys, exotic steels, and aluminum alloys, Cisu has experience in manufacturing methods like air/vacuum melting & pouring alloys & investment castings, directionally solidification (DS) & single crystal (SX) casting, permanent mold, and sand casting. He also has experience in special heat treatments, forging, machining, weld fabrication & repairs, metallic & ceramic coating, nacelles, and mechanical components.

Cisu is skilled in building employee involvement and productive teams within organizations that utilize Lean, Kaizen, Value Stream/Process Mapping, Theory of Constraints, Kanban, and other Six Sigma tools. With excellent communication and interaction skills, Cisu has delivered solutions to cross-functional teams and eliminated inefficiencies to reduce costs.

Cisu holds a Master of Science in Foundry from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and has studied ACE Associate at Pratt & Whitney, Lean Enterprise at VATPDC in Newport News, VA, Lean Manufacturing at Central New York TDO, and Engineering Economics and Project Evaluation at Syracuse University.
