Gina Doctor is an accomplished publicist and marketing communications professional with more than two decades of experience. She is a driven leader who values collaboration and finds creative solutions to any challenge. Her expertise lies in developing communication programs that help brands and founders stand out, building brand narratives, and amplifying brands through storytelling. Gina has an exceptional track record in the public relations and marketing communications fields.

Gina began her professional career as a publicist at boutique agency Firefly Media in LA. There, she worked with a diverse client roster of musicians, artists, designers, writers, photographers, and more. Afterward, Gina joined Bruce Mau Design, where she served as the executive assistant and publicist to design visionary Bruce Mau. She later joined The Massive Change Network after Mau ventured out on his own.

Gina's career took off when she joined MINIMAL, where she served as Communications Manager for Scott Wilson's product design, brand, and innovation firm. She also led all PR and marketing efforts for MINIMAL's in-house startup, LUNATIK, and helped strategize too many crowdfunding campaigns and launches.

Currently, Gina freelances as a publicist at Type A Marketing, where she continues to express her passion for brand building and digital storytelling. She also serves as Director of Communications for One For One Chicago, a non-profit working to support youth affected by violence in the city.

Gina graduated with a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Texas Christian University. She is a highly motivated and passionate individual who thrives on challenges and loves helping others achieve their goals.
