Ricardo Henriquez is a Venezuelan entrepreneur with a strong belief in capitalism and free markets. He holds degrees and certifications in maritime commerce, international business, law, economics, and philosophy from prestigious universities in Europe and South America.

As the co-founder and CEO of BlackGull, Ricardo's mission is to make global trade accessible to small and medium sized businesses worldwide. His career experience includes serving as an advisor and executive in companies like StremX, Homelend, HDJ Group Ltd, GENESISZERO LLC, and Block Gemini Technologies FZ-LLC. He has been an incubation alumnus at F10 Incubator & Accelerator and a visiting PhD student at Rotterdam School of Management.

Moreover, Ricardo has taught strategic management and sociology at various international business schools and universities. He has also worked as an external legal advisor for Inversiones Navol Servicios Navieros and as a relator for the Tribunal Supremo de Justicia and the Corte Suprema de Justicia in Venezuela.
