Christopher Mei is an experienced IT professional specializing in technical project management. With a strong background in strategic planning and team management, Mei has led multi-disciplinary teams to drive complex enterprise technology infrastructure projects, optimizing organizational efficiency and cost-effectiveness while creating new business development opportunities.
