Carl Paoli is a highly accomplished athlete, author, coach, and trainer with a strong background in marine biology, oceanography, and environmental science. He studied at the National University of Singapore and Universidad Miguel Hernández De Elche, where he earned Bachelor of Applied Science in Sustainability, Environmental Science.

Carl is the founder of Freestyle, a company that provides coaching and training for clients who aim to improve their physical and mental well-being. He is also a former podcast host, brand ambassador, and Crossfit coach, having trained at San Francisco Crossfit and worked as a personal trainer at Breakaway Performance and Equinox.

Carl began his career in the fitness industry as a gymnastics coach at Acrosports Gymnastics & Circus Arts and later became an Interpretive Naturalist at the Aquarium Of The Bay. He is the author of "Free+Style The Book", which pays homage to his patented freestyle movement system for gymnastics-inspired bodyweight exercise.
