David Florence is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions at Lucent Technologies, Motorola, Oracle, and Sun Microsystems. He is currently an executive search consultant at The McCormick Group, Inc., where he focuses on talent acquisition, retained executive search, business consulting, innovation, and change management. On top of that, he is also an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management, where he teaches MBA students. Throughout his career, Florence has specialized in Business Development, Cybersecurity, Big Data, CRM, Digital Marketing, ERP, IoT Machine Learning, Marketing, NLP, Augmented and Virtual Reality, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, and more. He holds an MBA in Marketing & New Venture Management from USC and a Bachelor's in Mathematics & Quantitative Psychology from UCLA, and Ph.D. research at Virginia Tech in Human Factors Engineering.
