Derrick Redding is a seasoned leader with a diverse professional background that spans operations, finance, technology startups, and more. With a track record of success developing technical talent, defining customer value, and increasing go-to-market productivity, Mr. Redding has led organizations of all sizes, from start-ups to companies with P&Ls exceeding $1B per year. He holds a BA in Physics and Economics from Beloit College, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, and an M.Eng. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Over the years, Mr. Redding has held various leadership positions at companies such as Johnson Controls, Toyota, BioSense, SEEVA Technologies, and Betterfrost Technologies. He has also served on the board of the Vision Zero Automotive Network and been a managing partner at Automotive Technology Consulting. Throughout his career, Mr. Redding has developed a wide range of expertise, including business development, innovation, cost and price management, operations, supply chain management, organizational development, organizational transformation, cost reduction, and cost optimization. Additionally, he has international experience and speaks Japanese fluently.
