Jennifer Acosta is a dedicated and experienced practitioner in the field of industrial/organizational psychology with over a decade of experience in employee survey and assessment programs. She has a proven track record of success in executive development and succession, as well as extensive corporate leadership experience. Acosta has honed her skills in gaining insights from data, collecting data, storytelling with data, reporting data insights, statistical analysis, relationship building, written and oral communication, and working with complex enterprises. She is an experienced presenter with a wealth of conference and executive presentation experience.

Acosta earned her Doctor of Philosophy - PhD and M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has held various leadership positions at Allstate, including Manager of Executive Development and HR Workforce Insights Manager, and was a Workforce Insights Lead Consultant at the company. She has also worked as a consultant at Valtera Corporation.
