Among his accomplishments, Noah has spearheaded the expansion of public engagement initiatives for SPUR from San Francisco to encompass the larger Bay Area, establishing offices in Oakland and San Jose. He played a pivotal role in launching and sustaining public involvement in the SPUR Regional Strategy, a transformative project that outlined a visionary 50-year plan for the Bay Area through numerous policy reports.

Educationally, Noah holds a Bachelor of Science in City & Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. He has held significant roles such as Director of Public Programming at SPUR, Design Consultant at Independent Contractor, Co-Founder & Project Associate at FUZE - Community Design, and Design Planner & Project Manager at KTGY.
