Jeremy Hollister is a seasoned people leader with over two decades of global experience in various industries. After obtaining a BA in International Relations from American University and an MBA in International Management from Curtin University, he began his career as a Corporate HR Management and Consulting professional. He went on to work as an International Benefits Consultant at Right Management Consultants (formerly Bowker Consulting) and an International Consultant at Watson Wyatt. He then worked for Cisco Systems as the Director of Global Total Rewards for Mergers, Divestitures, and Acquisitions. Later on, he served as a Global Compensation and Benefits Consultant at Global View Compensation and Benefits, LLC and as the Senior Director of Total Rewards (M&A) at McKesson.

Mr. Hollister's areas of expertise include Corporate culture assessment and engagement, Global talent acquisition, Executive compensation, M&A due diligence and integration, International Employee relations, Global compensation plan design & implementation, and Multinational health and welfare strategy and execution. He also sits on the board at Silicon Valley Employers International Forum.

Currently, Mr. Hollister is the Head of People Success at MakerDAO, a remote-first and distributed work environment, where he specializes in building and sustaining this work model. Previously, he worked as a senior director of total rewards at FinancialForce.
