Aravinda Gollapudi is an accomplished Silicon Valley software engineering executive, with over two decades of experience leading teams and improving processes. Her experience spans across diverse markets, ranging from enterprise to consumer and business internet markets. After graduating from the University of Hyderabad with a Master's degree in Physics, she went on to study Computer Engineering at San Jose State University. Aravinda has worked for both startups and large companies, holding leadership positions such as VP of Engineering at Sage, VP of Engineering at Ellie Mae, and Group Development Manager at Intuit. She is passionate about improving processes and people while tackling ambiguous challenges with unwavering execution. One of her most significant interests is sponsoring women in technology, while advocating for diversity and inclusion in STEM.
