Adrienne DeAngelo is a seasoned food industry professional with over a decade of experience in marketing, publicity, sales, and education. Originally from New Jersey, she fell in love with California and decided to stay, immersing herself in the food and beverage culture of the Oakland area. She is a passionate eater and enjoys sharing her latest food finds with friends and colleagues.

DeAngelo has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career, including as a publicist for boutique PR firm Fortune Public Relations and as a marketer for Bay Area Italian food importer A.G. Ferrari Foods. She is also experienced in retail sales and food education, having worked at Oakville Grocery’s cheese & charcuterie counter, where she learned all aspects of the cheese-making process.

DeAngelo currently works as a Senior Account Manager at af&co. and has previously held roles as an Account Director at Ellipses Public Relations, Inc. and Marketing and Communications Manager at Build It Green. She is known for her expertise in the food industry and is a great resource for foodie recommendations in the East Bay area.

DeAngelo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from both Mills College and Washington College. She lives in Rockridge with her wife and son, and when she's not working, she enjoys running, reading nonfiction, and indulging in her guilty pleasure of scrapple and Tastycakes.
