As the Senior Director of Product Design & UX Research at National Grid, he spearheads cross-functional collaborations that prioritize user-centric design, personalized technology applications, and people management strategies to drive transformational innovations. Steven brings a multifaceted background in CX strategy and design, strategic planning, service design, and digital initiative management. His ability to partner with data analytics, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to create outcome-focused roadmaps and execute decisive product management enables organizations to achieve their goals.

Throughout his career, Steven has held various leadership positions, including executive producer, VP of digital strategy, and Senior Director of Creative and Digital Strategy. Prior to joining National Grid, he served as a Product / Experience Strategy & Design, CX/UX Lead at Experience Strategy & Design Management Consultant, and Director Customer Experience (CX) and UX Research & Strategy at NORCAL Group.
