Renata Rodrigues began her career as a Trainee at Lojas Riachuelo, where she underwent a job rotation that provided her with a holistic view of the business. Within a year, she was promoted to Product Manager, overseeing purchasing, negotiations, sales planning, product strategy development, market analysis, and competition assessment, all while leading with a focus on results. Renata engaged in negotiations with suppliers at the national and international levels, particularly for acquiring products for the Group's Children's Collection. She even traveled to China to negotiate the winter collection, securing significant cost savings while maintaining desired quality standards. Renata stayed current with new trends by visiting Barcelona and London, essential for creating strategies for new collections. She managed both finished product and raw material suppliers to optimize product quality and price. Renata demonstrated situational leadership in various projects, handling conflicts, ensuring clear communication, and optimizing time management among peers, suppliers, and the in-house factory team.
