Matthew Dowling is an accomplished bioengineering scientist and academician. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the distinguished University of Notre Dame and went on to pursue a PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland. At University of Maryland, College Park, he worked as a Graduate Research Assistant where he honed his skills and expertise in the field of bioengineering.

Dowling has held top positions in some of the leading bioengineering companies. He was the former CEO at Remedium Technologies, Inc. and the former Chief Scientific Officer at Medcura, Inc. Currently, he still holds the position of Chief Scientific Officer at Medcura, Inc. Dowling's dedication to his work has seen him excel in his field, making significant contributions at all levels.
