Chris DeMarche

Chris DeMarche, a tech industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, is a product strategist, network solutions innovator, and engineering team manager. He has successfully scaled greenfield start-ups and introduced new IP and wireless network technologies to industry giants, building global engineering teams and overseeing software development. Chris has extensive experience in M&A and technical due diligence, having worked with startups up to $300 million in annual revenues and valuations of up to $5.5 billion.

Chris's educational background includes a BS in Engineering and Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA in Business from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of System Management and Master of Business Administration, also from UCLA. He also earned a degree in Masters of System Engineering from the University of Southern California.

In his career, Chris has held senior leadership roles in various organizations, such as serving as COO of Elefante, Board Member/VP of Engineering at MotionDSP (which was acquired by Cubic), as well as the Founder/Principal Advisor of CDM GROUP, and SVP of Engineering/Acting CTO at Nextel/OneCom. He is also an expert in cloud, network and data center operations, DevOps development, Agile/Scrum implementation, and DoD.
