Robert Pardi is a well-rounded professional with vast experience in various fields such as life coaching, mentoring, strategic thinking, functional operational expertise, and entrepreneurship. Pardi is a Columbia Business School MBA alumni and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University. He believes in leading by example and demonstrating honesty, respect, and integrity to motivate and challenge those he works with while assigning accountability. Pardi is a dual citizen of both the US and Italy.

Throughout his career, Pardi has worked in several organizations such as Swiss School of Management as an adjunct professor, Roma Experience as a strategic business development officer, Wall Street English as an operations service manager, Evolvence Capital as a strategic business consultant, COO/MD of development, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority as a senior portfolio manager. He also worked as a senior account supervisor at Citigate Dewe Rogerson and a senior equity research analyst at Glickenhaus & Co.

As a life coach, Pardi's mission is to help, motivate, guide, and inspire people to increase their resilience and live their best life. He believes in the mosaic of humanity, leveraging strengths, attaining dreams, living in FLOW, and creating value.
