Kris Triplett is an experienced engineering leader with over a decade of experience in software engineering. Kris has managed globally distributed, diverse teams across a wide array of modalities, and has extensive experience with agile methodology to guide software projects through the full software development lifecycle. Kris is a strong advocate for clean code and test-driven development, and focuses on cloud-native architecture and leveraging modern tooling.

Kris has held various roles throughout their career, including Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Crossfit, Inc., Director of Engineering at Identityiq, and Founding Member of San Diego Tech Hub. They have also held technical advisory roles at Family Proud and were a senior software engineer at Crossfit, Inc. Kris has studied Business Administration at Gies College of Business (University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign), Computer Science at College of the Canyons, and Software Engineering at Arizona State University.
