Main responsibility:
- Develop sales strategy in line with Company business plan, guidelines and policies
- Set sales team targets in accordance with Sales Director
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team
- Lead, train and coach sales team members to achieve sales targets 
- Monitor sales team performance ensuring assigned targets/KPIs are met
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to assess new business opportunities 
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Branch and Sales Manager Milano Office

Responsible for my company's Key Clients in Forwarder Segment. Responsible to negotiate contracts/conditions (from the basic up to more complex and articulated studies/requests); I am responsible to set the strategy worldwide we need to pursue in short, medium and long term to maximize results and improve my Company relationship with KCs. I am also responsible to coordinate the Maersk's team dedicated to those KCs also in other countries and directly responsible of my KCs results in front of the HQ in Copenhagen. I have budget responsibility and I am mesured on my results.

Senior Key Account Manager

Main responsibilities: 
- Lead the Sales Support Team (Inside Sales) based in Milano (8 people) and set the development plan for the team members (PDP); 
- Responsible for team target achievements for both volume and revenue; 
- Deploy clear objectives throughout the sales team; 
- Support to the Regional Sales Manager in driving a strong performance culture, in setting budget, define strategy;
- Ensure sales processes and procedures are aligned with internal audit requirements;  
Lead Sales Support team to ensure adequate coverage and support to Sales Executives;  
- Regularly assess Sales Executive needs against Sales Support resources with Regional Sales Manager;   
- Improve customer experience and ensure alignment with other functions.
