Girish Manjunath is an accomplished product leader, agile coach, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product management, agile methodology, and team management. He completed his Executive MBA in Product Leadership from the Institute of Product Leadership and holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Sikkim Manipal University, as well as a Bachelor's in Telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore Institute Of Technology.

Girish currently works as a Senior Product Lead and Intrapreneur at Allstate, where he leverages his expertise in lean startup, design thinking, user experience design, requirement analysis, product release planning, and feature prioritization to drive growth and innovation across product lines. In his previous roles, he was a Product leader and Entrepreneur at an Agri fintech startup, a Project Lead/Product owner at EVRY India, a Sr.Team Lead for Enterprise Applications at EVRY India, a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Oracle, and a Software Engineer at NTT DATA Services.

In addition to his product management capabilities, Girish is a certified SAFe PO/PM, SAFe Agilist, Sr. Scrum Master and Agile Coach, with experience in agile transformation, implementation, migration, and training, building and managing Agile communities of practice, and people and process management.
