Zach Hahn

Zach Hahn is a passionate environmental researcher and biologist with a diverse background in ecological studies. With a keen eye for detail, he brings a creative approach to problem-solving and an enthusiasm for learning about all aspects of a position. Zach studied wildlife biology at Oregon State University and biology at Park University, where he earned a certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography. His research experience includes studies of arthropod feeding traces on fossils, how thinning shrubs impact cheetah populations in Namibia, and sustainable forestry practices' effect on jaguars in Belize. His work as an analytical chemist involves analyzing soil and water samples to ensure EPA compliance. Zach has volunteered on various research projects, including the Virginia Tech Jaguar Project and Elk Technician at Commonwealth of Kentucky. He believes in making a positive impact on the environment and preserving the world's natural treasures for future generations.
