He holds a degree in Computer Science & East Asia and an A.A.S. in Computer Science. Ayzenshtok is known for his ability to provide pragmatic solutions to actual problems by focusing on meeting business needs above technology.

Throughout his career, he has gained broad experience in enterprise systems, cross-functional team management, and building microservice-based systems with a variety of technologies. Strong background in .NET and Java ecosystems; past projects in Python, GoLang, Scala, and TypeScript. Expertise in front-end development with all things JavaScript. He is also skilled in RDBMS, ELK, MongoDB, Redis, Couchbase, Kafka.

Ayzenshtok has worked in various IT roles before becoming a Solution Architect, including software development, IT management, and computer networking. He worked for several well-known companies, such as Rackspace, Futurice, GoEuro, Radware, and Zap Group (דפי זהב).

An excellent communicator fluent in English and Russian with basic German, Ayzenshtok has experience interfacing with stakeholders across the board, and clarifying and translating business requirements and processes to corresponding solution architectures.
