Karthik Srinivasan is a seasoned engineering manager with a passion for working with customers to identify and solve their problems. He has over 13 years of experience in the Mobile industry, having supported over 25 customers around the world. His expertise includes leading resilient and idea-driven teams and delivering solutions that earn the trust of his clients. Karthik's unique background, including growing up in India, immigrating to the U.S, and leading teams in the U.S and Germany, has made him open-minded and empathetic. Currently, he works at Qorvo, Inc. as a Senior Design Engineering Manager interfacing with a top-tier mobile OEM and leading teams to develop custom high-efficiency 5G front-end modules for flagship phones. Karthik has studied both Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, and he continues to learn as a student of business and leadership at the Foster School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys being a father and a struggling golfer.
