He has also served as Senior Counsel & Associate Compliance Officer and Associate Counsel, North America, and Latin America / Caribbean. Before joining Ansell, he worked as Counsel at Schwartz LLC and as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Klughaupt has had a successful career in sales, including a stint as a Sales Representative at Identify Software, and in management roles like Managing Director - Brazil at FNF Title International.
