He holds a Master's degree in Counselling from the University of Sunshine Coast and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing from the University of South Australia.

Ross has an impressive track record of facilitating client and organization led outcomes worldwide, coupled with a flair for working with and leading teams at different levels. He can establish and manage a productive relationship with all organizational stakeholders through his exceptional communication skills.

Gaining expertise from the Bloominhill Cancer Care, Smart City Vocational College, Lives Lived Well and other organizations, Ross has honed his skills in operations management, counseling, marketing, and general management. He was an essential cog in the wheel of several organizations like Sri Swami Madhavananda Austria Hospital, The Global Poverty Project, Bunkers PTY LTD, and more, where he worked as a general manager, programs manager, chief operations officer, and business development and operations manager.

As a Treatment Facilitator at Lives Lived Well, Ross continues to apply his vast experience in assisting vulnerable members of society in making a successful transition to stable living.
