Jennifer Carter is a certified Agile Practitioner and Project Management Professional with extensive experience in coaching off-shore and remote, cross-functional teams to develop and deliver software applications and responsive digital solutions that meet all targeted goals. Her education includes a Master's degree in higher education/higher education administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in computer information management from William Woods University.

Jennifer has a passion for using technology to solve customer problems, streamline processes, and improve business efficiency, and she firmly believes that excellent customer service can distinguish a company from its competition. She has expertise in project management, budget management, human resource management, change management, data collection and reporting, presentation development, escalated customer service resolution, software modification and implementation, departmental operations, and work prioritization.

With a breadth and depth of expertise in the software development life cycle from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and defect management, Jennifer has proven to be a highly effective balance of technological innovation and emotional intelligence, which allows her to lead teams and guide face-to-face and remote interactions with all stakeholders to influence and drive decision-making processes. She is also a servant leader facilitating daily Scrum meetings, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives; defining strategy; eliciting and prioritizing requirements, gaining consensus, and developing release schedules.

Jennifer's significant industry credentials include being a Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, SAFe 4, and Six Sigma Green Belt in IT. Currently serving as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Toyota North America, she's also worked as a Program Manager at Software Professionals, Inc., Scrum Master/Project Manager at KFORCE, Project Manager for Fundraising Event Management at The Salvation Army, Project Manager/SCRUM Master at Ellucian, SCRUM Master/Business Analyst at Ellucian, Acting Registrar and Director of Admissions – Software Implementation Project Manager at LSU Shreveport, and Assistant Director of Career Services at LSU Shreveport.
