Nick Wilkins is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Sociology and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa. Wilkins began his career as an IT Recruiter at TEKsystems before moving on to become a Technical Recruiter at Olenick & Associates. He then transitioned to The Jacobson Group, where he worked in various roles, including Regional Sales Manager, Assistant Fulfillment Manager/Project Operations Manager, and Talent Manager. Currently, he is the Director of Recruiting at Tatum by Randstad, where he leads a team of recruiters and ensures that the company fulfills its clients' staffing needs effectively.
