Chad Fairey is an experienced and versatile educational consultant with over twenty years of leadership experience in American public schools, private schools and international schools overseas. His extensive background has enabled him to serve in various roles, including Head of School, Deputy Head of School, Middle School Principal, Technology Director, Curriculum Coordinator, and Middle/High School History Teacher.

Fairey holds a multitude of degrees including a Doctorate in International Education Leadership from the University of Bath, Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Virginia, Bachelor of Arts in History, Social Science Education from Florida State University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Principal's Certification from The College of New Jersey.

In his extensive career, Fairey has contributed his expertise to various organizations, including the Canadian International School of Hong Kong, Principals' Training Center for International School Leadership, Keystone Academy, Beijing, United Nations International School, Mediterranean Center for Innovation in Education, Sotogrande International School, Washington International School, American School of Paris, and Glasgow Middle School.

His interest in the education sector has led him to share his knowledge and skills by being an Instructor at the Principals' Training Center for International School Leadership, a Director of Faculty at Keystone Academy in Beijing, and a Consultant in Residence at the Canadian International School of Hong Kong.
