Yaniv Shaya is a highly experienced software executive with over 20 years of experience leading both small and large teams. He has a strong background in enterprise software and consumer-facing products including cybersecurity, Fintech, and IT. Yaniv is an expert at scaling and maturing teams and has a wide range of experience in various technologies and product domains. He has proven his ability to lead changes and transformations in organizations and products alike.

Yaniv has a BSc in Electrical (Electronics) Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. He has held various leadership positions throughout his career, including VP and SVP Engineering (R&D) at Imperva, EVP Technologies at Behalf, and Chief Family Technologist during his Self Initiated Sabbatical in addition to his current role as VP Engineering at Imubit. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his ability to lead teams during growth times, and his expertise enables him to drive changes and transformations within organizations and products.

In his previous roles, Yaniv managed teams, implemented strategies and oversaw the development of successful products in the Fintech, cybersecurity and IT sectors resulting in millions of users being served by these products. His time in the Israeli military intelligence - Unit 8200 gave him valuable experience leading teams and working on complex technological projects, setting a strong foundation for his future career in software development.
