Nitya Kumar

Nitya Kumar is a User Experience Designer currently pursuing Communication Design at Parsons School of Design in New York. With a focus on creating human-centered solutions for real-world challenges driven by business goals, Nitya has a strong passion for interaction design and design systems.

In terms of education, Nitya holds a Bachelor's degree with a remarkable 3.82 GPA and Dean's BFA Merit Scholarship from Parsons School of Design. Additionally, they have completed courses at General Assembly, NIIT Institute in Computer Science, School of the Art Institute of Chicago in Communication Design, and The Shri Ram School in Cognitive Psychology and Social Science.

Nitya has gained valuable experience through various roles in different organizations. They have interned as a Product Design Intern at The New York Times and airtel, served as an Art Director in the Editorial Board at The New School Free Press, been a Design Editor at The New School Free Press, and worked as a UX Design Intern at Schmooze-start-up at Stanford University, among other roles.
