He has held various regional and global roles, including Regional Supply Chain Manager at Nestlé Nutrition, Head of Planning and Transformation Manager at Nestlé France, and Director of IBP Excellence Lead at GSK. With a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and an MS in Operations Research from Lancaster University, Jon has a strong educational background. He also completed leadership and supply chain management programs at London Business School and the Université catholique de Louvain, respectively.

As a Supply Chain Consultant at SAP, Jon worked to help companies optimize their supply chain networks by leveraging advanced technologies and methodologies. He has also held various leadership roles at Nestlé, where he championed the GLOBE program to improve demand and supply planning processes.
