Pauline Ploquin is a highly accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in the communications industry. She is the President and Partner at Struck, a branding and advertising agency, where she focuses on strategic growth and cultivating transparency and empowerment within the company culture. Pauline is a left brain/right brain integration master who has worked with a diverse range of clients including Nickelodeon Animation Studios, Jack in the Box, and the State of Utah Office of Tourism. She is a regular keynote speaker and has spoken at TedX Salt Lake City and EvComm, London. Among her notable achievements, Pauline introduced Struck's bi-yearly survey measuring client satisfaction, where Struck ranks at 62%, well above the industry average of 28%. Prior to Struck, she ran the highly respected branding agency Axiom Design, and she served as the Chair of the International Board of Directors of The Digital Society (SoDA). She was also Vice President of the AIGA Salt Lake City Board in 2009.

Pauline holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from La Sorbonne, Paris, and a degree in Communications from UCLA. She is a former Adjunct Teacher at the University of Utah, and she started her career in publishing in Los Angeles. In 2013, Utah Business Magazine recognized her as one of thirty women to watch.
