With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a background in business administration, Lynch has held various executive roles across multiple organizations throughout his career.

He made significant contributions in his former roles as Chief Operating Officer at FreeWire Technologies, SunLink, and Cornice. He has also excelled in his previous position as Executive Vice President Engineering & Operations at Xicato and as Senior Vice President Operations & Engineering Program Management at Overland Storage.

He has expertise in leading engineering and operations teams, driving strategic planning, and executing outcomes to deliver profitable growth. Lynch has a track record of success, having led the development of 11 consecutive products from concept to high volume manufacturing. He also established APAC, European, and North America operations & manufacturing worth over $1B in revenue.

Lynch is a valued team player who led significant product roadmaps to incorporate first firmware and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) in commercial IoT LED modules.
