Laura Grill is a highly experienced and accomplished educator who has excelled in various roles throughout her career. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology and French from Tufts University, followed by a Masters of Arts in Elementary Education from Mercy College. She then went on to study specialized subjects like Educational Therapy and Special Education Leadership, among others.

Grill has worked in a variety of positions, from teaching elementary and middle school math to holding leadership roles in education-based organizations. She has also worked as a chief academic officer at SchoolHouse and provided coaching as a math coach at Catapult Learning. During her career, she has been a learning specialist in private practice, interned in Manhattan Hunter Science High School's leadership program, and taught third and fourth grade at The Carey School and PS 121 The Throop School, respectively.

Grill's passion and expertise revolve around education and leadership, including academic administration and supervision. As evidenced by her background, she has strong skills in mathematics, special education, and community support. She is highly motivated to improve education and learning outcomes for students of all ages.
