Nickoria Johnson is a strategic and results-driven technology leader with over 25 years of experience in management consulting, portfolio management, and technology leadership. With a proven track record of leading successful digital and cloud transformation efforts, optimizing multi-million dollar technology portfolios, and implementing change management initiatives, Nickoria has established deep partnerships with business teams and vendor partners. She has a "people first" approach to leading teams, investing in culture and diversity, and building collaborative environments.

As a Principal at Credera, Nickoria has played a key role in enabling cloud transformation efforts. She co-created the cloud strategy, performed apps rationalization, and defined the enterprise roadmap for cloud for business applications. She has also successfully transitioned business and IT teams to Agile/Lean ways of working at three different Fortune 500 companies. Nickoria has experience in organizational design, including transitioning from a siloed, application-focused IT structure to the Plan, Build, Run framework, and has introduced and embedded the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) role to mature IT's strategic service offerings.

Nickoria is a graduate of Benedictine University, where she studied BBA Management/Organizational Behavior. She also studied Management Information Systems at Howard University.
