Brian Lucero is a seasoned leader with a diverse background in revenue management, commercial strategy, and systems integration. Currently, he is focused on leading new business model transformation efforts focused on Asia Pacific's growth markets beyond the molecule. He emphasizes Partner Ecosystem Strategy, Digital Platform Economy, and Omni-Channel Management while working alongside teams from different departments, including Experience Design, Innovation, Marketing Offer and Automation, Market Development, and Digital Transformation. With a strong emphasis on co-development, Brian ensures progress towards meeting the company's objectives.
Brian has an extensive educational background with studies in several top institutions, including Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and Rice University - Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management, where he obtained his MBA. He also holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, alongside minoring in Math, Spanish, Hindi/Urdu.
With years of proven global experience planning and executing multi-billion dollar developments, Brian has worked with leaders from governments of diverse cultural backgrounds. He has also led owner and contractor teams, ensuring that they work together to achieve the desired results effectively. Furthermore, Brian has worked in various capacities, including Treasurer at The Woodlands, Creekside Park Village Association, Vice President and Treasurer at Timberside Circle Home Owners Association, and as a Research Assistant at St. Anthony Falls Laboratory.
