Larry Clark is an experienced Controller and CFO with over 10 years in the field. He has worked extensively in accounting and taxes, tackling projects and issues for small and medium-sized businesses. Larry specializes in budgeting, cash management, internal controls, auditing, fixed assets, job costing, relationship management, intercompany accounting, and reconciliations. He has demonstrated strengths in leadership, communication, teamwork, organization, analysis, and problem-solving, particularly in turnaround and startup situations. Larry has worked in various industries, including manufacturing, construction, retail, service, and non-profit. He earned a degree in BSBA, Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Currently, Larry is the OWNER of Larry A. Clark, CPA, PLLC, and has previously worked as the CFO at CBI Fire and Security, SBM Solar, Inc., LVA Technologies, LLC & Team Tech, Inc., and as the Controller at Sharon Luggage and Gifts, Inc., Southern Engineering, and the Systems Manager – Finance & Accounting at Belk, Inc. He has also held positions as the Retail Controller, Vice President of Finance & Administration, and Assistant Manager of Field Audits.

In his current role, Larry works with businesses on an hourly basis, on a specific project, or ongoing as their part-time CFO, in addition to preparing income and tax returns for businesses and individuals.
