Kaitlin Del Riego is a multilingual professional who has worked in various industries, wearing many hats throughout her career. She is known for being a passionate connector and enabler, designing human-centered solutions for innovative organizations. Her background includes roles in user research, product management, service design, corporate innovation, and more. Kaitlin has a Master's degree in Behavioral Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a B.A. in Anthropology and 2D Fine Arts from the University of Southern California.

Kaitlin has served as a Behavioural Designer at Monett Studio and as a Design Leadership Forum Member at InVision. In the past, she has been the Director of Discovery Innovation & Design Thinking Expert-in-Residence at NUMA Mexico, Global Talent Director, HR and People Manager, and HR and Office Manager at Trax Technologies, and Content Designer at Food for the Hungry, Inc. Outside her professional work, Kaitlin has also worked as a House Manager and Barista at Ground Zero Performance Cafe at USC and as a Fitness Instructor at the same location. Her writing has been featured in Career Contessa, The Muse, and Darling Magazine, and she specializes in Design Thinking, behavioral analytics, service design, ethnography, and more.
