Tatsuya Kato, a seasoned Japanese executive, is the Chairman of the Board for Midokura worldwide, a company that provides networking solutions for cloud computing. Kato's extensive network in the Japanese IT industry allows him to contribute to capital-raising and sales development. Before Midokura, Kato held top management positions at Japanese public IT service and mobile internet companies. He was also the CEO of Cybird, a leading mobile internet and content company, and served as a co-founder and group COO of GLOBIS, a VC fund management company. Kato is a Kyoto University alumnus with a major in Aeronautical & Space Engineering, and he contributed to the university's American football team's championship twice.
