- Analyze complex television, new media and film writers’ contracts to determine compliance with the WGAW collective bargaining agreement (MBA).•Prepare, Scan and codify contracts so they are available for review by all Guild departments.•Retrieve contracts upon request from archives including microfilm ad microfiche searches and retrieval.•Maintain contract files and obtain new contracts from companies and writers.•Respond to inquiries regarding minimum compensation guidelines under the MBA.•Investigate potential claims or violations of the MBA and make referrals to the WGAW legal department.•An elected officer of the Guild Staff Union (GSU) and was instrumental in negotiating first contract for the GSU.
