Rafael Pacheco is a leading tech expert and entrepreneur with years of experience in technology, innovation and information security. He is currently the CTO and co-director of Ouvidor Digital, where he leads the development of groundbreaking technology and solutions that cater to the needs of their clients. Rafael is a prolific writer and keynote speaker, with a passion for teaching and discussing his ideas about technology, bots, chatbots, and AI. He is also a former professor at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, where he taught post-grad students.
