Prior to his current position, Lim served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the CEO at Grab, where he oversaw key projects and initiatives. Lim has also worked as a Teaching Fellow for the Himalayan Summer Program at SIT Study Abroad and in microfinance program development at PEER Servants - CAFECC Microfinance. In his early career, Lim served as a Platoon Commander in the Republic of Singapore Navy.
