Kristen Ostro is an accomplished VC ops guru, entrepreneur, and founder of two companies: Strut Consulting and Let's Talk Ops. She studied Business Administration at Towson University, and has worked in various organizations, including Zetta Venture Partners, Xfund, Homebrew, and New Enterprise Associates, where she served as Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator. With extensive experience in operations, Ostro has a proven track record of building, growing, and scaling companies from the ground up. She is a retired D-1 volleyball player, a French bulldog enthusiast, and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
