Cecil's technical knowledge is extensive, and includes context-driven testing, agile and SCRUM test cycles, KVM, CRIU, Docker, LXD/LXC, VirtualBox, Bitcoin, OBS, OpenVSwitch, DPDK, SR-IOV, NFV, Neutron, PBBTE, VLAN-segmented EVC/EVPL, ERP, DWDM, and SDN.
