Mark Caine

Mark Caine is an experienced policy and strategy professional with a decade of leadership in technology, government, industry, and society. He studied M.Phil. in Environment, Society, and Development at the University of Cambridge and AB with Honors in Science, Technology, and Society at Brown University. Caine served as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Lead at World Economic Forum and handled Energy & Economy as Special Assistant in African Union, Energy & Environment as a Policy Advisor at Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Moreover, he was the Managing Editor at The Breakthrough Institute, International Policy Advisor at The Royal Academy of Engineering, and Research Fellow at the London School of Economics.
