Pat Tissington

Pat Tissington is a renowned Occupational Psychologist with an impressive background in academia and leadership. As the Academic Director for Employability and Skills at the University of Warwick, Pat drives the creation of long-term blended learning strategies and the enhancement of students' practical skills, particularly in challenging environments.

Pat's academic accomplishments include a Post Graduate Certificate in Occupational Psychology, PhD in Industrial Psychology from the University of Aberdeen, and a BSc in Cognitive Science from the University of Westminster. As a former Head of the Department of Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London and Associate Dean at Aston Business School, Pat has held various leadership roles in the academic sector.
