Tanaz Sowdagar is an accomplished business professional with a diverse experience in marketing, management, and sales. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management, and also from MIT. Her academic background also includes a Bachelor's degree from Tehran University.

Her career began as a consultant for Forrester Research and ADP, where she worked with ERP and CRM systems. Afterwards, she worked for IBM, starting as a Business Development Executive and progressing to a Sales and Business Development Leader, Integration Leader, and Client Executive for Hybrid Cloud SW. In her time at Altran, Sowdagar served as a Client Executive, and at Akamai Technologies, she worked as a Senior Strategic Account Executive. Before long, she was a Senior Client Partner and Vice President at Globant with responsibility for sales and client services.

Sowdagar is also committed to supporting the community through her role as a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area.
