David Blumenfeld is a seasoned Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in designing and testing electronics in both commercial and aerospace industries. He has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from USC and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. David has a passion for reliability, enjoys taking on new challenges, and has a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies. He has worked in various roles throughout his career, including Director, Manager, Principal Engineer, Senior Engineer, and VLSI Design Engineer. His experience also includes being a Technical Advisor, Electrical Engineer, and Electrical Engineering Intern. David was also an NSF Research Grant recipient at Columbia University Integrated Systems Laboratory. He currently works as Director of R&D at EMCORE Corporation after spending nearly two decades in various roles there, including Research and Development Manager and Principal Engineer.
